Are these fuel rail pressures normal?

2012 OM642 stalled out at idle while in drive, twice in a row. Checked codes with my limited reader, and got a pending P02EC (diesel intake airflow excessive)
P0404 (EGR control circuit range/performance)
and P0401 (EGR flow insufficient detected)
Funny thing about the EGR codes, ive needed to replace the gasket between the head and the exhaust pipe for months since I can sometimes see and smell exhaust coming from the back of the engine, but I passed emissions with no problem in July. Anyway, I don't think the stalling is related to EGR, and no dashboard lights either.

So my scanner says that the fuel rail pressures are ~3830 psi/264 Bar, at idle,
~4000psi @1000 rpm
~5300psi @ 1500 rpm
~6400psi @ 2000 rpm.
Are these pressures normal?
I don't see a reading for the low pressure fuel pump on the code reader.
"Power braking" the engine, it did not stall, and the reader recoded a high pressure of 14,000psi while I got the rpms to hit ~2000 rpm.
Thoughts on how this?
