is this the NEWER E class coupe??

i say this because the LED's are in a straight line, rather than that "hockey stick"

if this is what the new led's come out like, this is much better imho

hockey stick led made by hella are looking ok on the coupe, due to the slanted front of the car but awkward on the sedan.

They said that they are now offering the E classe (coupe, sedan, cabrio) with horizontal LED's and they are allowing them to be purchased
from the parts counter at MB dealerships if the current owners want to switch over to the new LED's

i wished that it was long though like the e 63 amg,
i noticed there are only like 4 bulbs, and the rest is just a chrome tip

The closeup photos provided in the link show that the cars clearly have differently shaped bumpers where the LEDs are. Do you have any insight as to if you have to order the new bumper as well?

In Europe it is available also for the sedans this option.you can buy this kit from MB dealers,it is not the new coupe.nothing is changed.

Are the new
LED standard on all new cars or is it an option that needs to be purchased

When you purchase a new car it is a option you can choose.if you have an e coupe go and buy it from your MB dealer.

Anyone have experience with a transmission on a 2011 E550 that is double-clutching at 3-4th gear? Car seems to run fine, but when I push it hard, it sputters when shifting gears at the higher RPM. Happens in regular and sport mode.

Any thoughts?
