Bluetooth on the 2011 E350 Coupe
Today was really my first time using the Bluetooth in the car since I got it last week. I noticed several issues that I just want to know if they are normal or if there is a fix for them.
1) The bluetooth volume doesn't go as loud as the stereo volume when listening to radio or CD. I was driving with the windows down and even with it turned up as loud as it could go was not the easiest to hear the person on the other end. Is this just how it is?
2) When you turn off the car instead of it transferring the call to your handset it hangs up the call. You must transfer it before turning off the car. Is this the only way?
3) If you make a call on the bluetooth and transfer it to your handset while still driving the car doesn't go back to playing music again. It stays quiet until you end the call on your handset and then goes back to the music. My last car would go back to playing music once transferred to handset so the passengers don't have to sit there in dead silence while I'm on the phone. Any setting or anything for this?
Thanks in advance.

Same issues
I am new to the MB world. I just sold my 2009 BMW 335 coupe, purchased a e350 cab. I was wondering if call waiting works with the bluetooth. In my BMW, if I was on a call and another call came in, it would allow me to switch back and forth. Tonight, while I was on a call and another call came in..nothing showed on the MB screen....is this normal? Thanks

had this same problem when i first got my car. i did find the fix but i'm not 100% sure i can describe the steps. but i did find under the phone specific options a speaker and mic volume separate from the car's audio system. i think it was under the blue tooth options, choose the phone model and was able to increase the volume that way. sorry it's not specific, but i can give you more detailed info when i get out to my car tomorrow if you need it. good luck.

Same issues on my 2011 e350 Cab. I called mb corp and spoke to a rep and supplied to them the suggestions. All at this point I could do. I am still trying to find out how I can not have my audio turn on when I go into reverse and the rear camera turns on. LOL
