Opinions on Trunk Lip
First I would like to thank everyone who gave me all the advice on window tinting. I decided I would go with around 25% all around, but still unsure should I go with 25% on the rear window (so it matches the 4 passenger windows), or 5%? One mercedes owner told me to go 5% on the rear window because somehow it will make the other windows appear darker? any opinions?
Secondly, I want to add a lip the back. Since here in Canada, Mercedes does not add the spoiler to any package, and we have to purchase it separately. I dont know what spoiler I want. Should go I go for the OEM spoiler or a carbon fiber lip? The colour of my car is obsidian black as well. Any other spoiler recommendations will be helpful as well. Thanks everyone!

I'd go for the factory spoiler, perfect fit and some impact resistance. Carbon Fiber, if it is truly carbon fiber and not some look alike substance, has little if any impact resistance before cracking.
The only thing to be aware of is whoever paints it has to know what he is doing as metallic paints are moderately tricky to match to existing finishes.

yeah if it is carbon overlaid fiberglass it will crack, if it's real carbon if you cut it with a jigsaw it will not crack.

oh damn! that sounds awesome! I was looking into the vath products today and fell in love with it! I was looking in the vath carbon fiber spoiler but especially looking into their quad exhaust! Did you need to buy the rear diffuser?
