You want to put quad exhausts on a little 4 cylinder engine...??? You'll be right at home with the Civics, Kias and Scions. Not to bash you, but even the E350 models with an aftermarket full pipe or catback sound like tuner crap. The E550 or E63 are "the only engines" that have the deep sounds you're searching for. You might as well go get some big, fat wannabe tuner cans...

^ clearly never seen/heard an eisenmann race system (or close derivative) on an MB 3.5l V6 in person then? They sound all sorts of evil... and then some which is far from ricey.
Otherwise got to agree on the whole 1.8T 4-pot with big quads will always sound like a rice cake.

A guy in town has the Eisenmann on a 2012 E350 (so says his big vinyl sticker on the back window). He has to mash the crap out of it to get any sound or he just does that everytime he sees my car - what a tool... I've had pipes (full) on my C350 and catback on my GLK - no real burble to speak of... Now with this new Blue Efficiency motor on my 2012 E350, it's just not the right kind of sound to tweak and I'm OK with that, I'd just be throwing away more money... The 550's have a the *****... I'll wait until I can move to a 2014 CLS euro delivery...

I am not looking for sound or something, its obvious that for 4 cyl. engine u cant get much better than stock. just wondering where to get quad or trapezial ( e63 style) tips or or something which will fit. I know that piecha and mec are supplying exhaust for e200, but wont give 1400 euro just for tips+boxes.

You only have the option of buying an exhaust system unless you can find someone... some exhaust shop that will manufacture you a custom rear box section because you only have one box/pipe that routes through to the diffuser section?
Other option is to buy the E550 tips/diffuser but not the cheapest option and only one side will function as the exhaust exit.
Got to agree with the pipes from carshine they look so very bad, staggered the wrong way, odd sized.. just hideous.

Why not the cheapest? tips will cost arount 200$ for both, for E500 or E63, they have same price, diffuser i could cut, but not for shape of E500, like Oval ones. anyway its possible to buy one diffuser, wont cost more than 600$.

I think the tips bolt in to the diffuser as well as on to the pipes from the boxes so not sure whether it is as simple as cutting the diffuser.. I did look at that initially when I was planning to change mine but then I found a guy who was able to make me the quads I've got so got kinda lucky there
If you can get the tips cheap and then work a way of modifying the diffuser so they fit well then I'd go with that option

And about diffuser, i am worrying, as one guy told me, it would be easy to cut.But anyway i want to get carbon one for E500 tips, but i am wondering , can u actually cut carbon? also the good thing is, that for this diffuser u can actually fit E63 tips.
if its possible to ask a guy who made exhaust to you, what supplements did he use, so i know the process and tell to our exhaust shop.

Honestly I cant remb where I saw it, was just browsing the web looking for quad tips.
I really like the E63 one as its kind of unique only to the E. Not many cars out there has this tips

Also, i have found these diffusor, but im not sure if e63 tips will fit there. and if u have a look at w212 parts , u can see they got diffuser which is made for e63 tips, but again w212 diffuser wont fit C207, as i think.

i also prefer them, and most likely if i will find diffuser for them, i will buy this tips. But still cant understand why in internet people asking aroung 500$ for them, while mercedes diler can sell them for less than 300$.

I dont think that diffuser will fir unless you modify it.
So you are planning to weld on the tips to the other side without the muffler?

Are you sure $300 is for 4 tips, it might only be a pair, you better double check. Like you said, so far I have seen a few website, none is selling it that cheap. If you can get it that below $300, i might be interested too.

Firstly , i have contacted with russian diler in my city, they told me 120 pounds for each ( in russia they overcharge), after i have called uk diler, they said chrome e63 tips 84 pounds per side.
Yeah, im pretty sure that i wont add another muffler. As on your picture, it will be better like this.
Here we go, found one, but **** sake this things on the middle are awful.
