The dealer from whom our Benz was purchased has a service tech that is Quaife qualified, but they're in Nashville (Mercedes Benz of Nashville).

Looks like At Speed Motorsports (www.atspeedmotorsports.com) is going to be my solution. They just did a Quaife unit in a C63 last week and said it went off without a hitch - 5 hours and done. A lengthy search on the internet for reviews and they seem to be pretty good at what they do.
Hourly rates are reasonable and they are MUCHHHH closer than any of the other shops I found. How did I miss them previously?
