Is there any way to program more that 9 channels on the SiriusXm radio ...???

You can actually program 10 channels. 1 thru 9 and 0.

 

And, just in case you are not aware, after choosing a channel with the number buttons, you can then choose the different stations on that particular channel by rotating the Comand Controller on the center console.
