nah the grill just pulls out the lower section held in by clips shown in pic below:

Then you have to unbolt the top piece on the hood there are a few bolts maybe 3 or 4 and just pull that down and towards you and it comes out very easy job to change the grill over.

Alright, I am only replacing the grill and keeping the chrome trim. Does that mean I basically open the hood and just unclip the grill right away aka. push it in and it should unclip? Because I am not replacing the top chrome trim so i shouldnt be worried about any bolts am i correct? Thanks a lot for all the help! =]

no problem, yeah that's about all you need to do then, just be a bit careful with the center clips where the ac stickers and stuff are

also when you're pulling the old grill out start from one side but put like a cloth or towel down to stop the grill from slipping back in to the clips

I am sorry there is just one thing confusing me. I understood that the grill unclips from the sides and the bottom (which i can see in the photo the white clips) but, I dont see any clips at the AC sticker area at the top. Please clarify if you can thanks =]

I tried to attempt this and failed miserably to remove the grille do I pull it towards me or do I push it towards the car? Because in the tutorial for the w204 they push it in

you need to pull away from the car. start on one side and work your way across, slowly.
