Couple of things you can do:
Check Konigstiger's sticky at the top of the W212 forum:
https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w212-109/
Check the NHTSA.gov website's relatively new search engine:
http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/owners/SearchVehicles
There is also a new U.S. federal law requiring motor vehicle manufacturers to make their TSB's available to the public. I don't know if it's in effect yet. If and when it is, last I heard the NHTSA will maintain a public access database on their website.
FYI, there is one recall of which I am aware currently in effect re some C207's. It involves an improperly manufactured fuel filter that can leak and potentially cause a fire. A Mercedes dealer can tell you if your car's serial number is included in the recall. Mine was not.
