Depends on how heavy your bum is and all leather stretches, plus it also depends on how you look after the leather.......often greater us of the seat heater and the blow-up bolsters will also stretch the leather even further.
I very much doubt if you could make a warranty claim unless it is split or worn to the point that the leather has scrubbed off all of it's protective layer.....

Same thing on mine in the rear seat. Mine was purchased used and has 7,000 km on it and the back seat is stretched like that as well. I had someone install a child seat on the other side and he was kneeling on this seat a lot and I did notice it made it worse. Soft leather I guess..
