07 CLK63 AMG Cab to 12 E550 Cab w/Sport (AMG) appearance pkg
Hello All,
I'm thinking about making the change.
The obvious minuses would be the loss of the AMG engine, body/styling, braking, and handling (and general AMG prestige). Aside from being a newer car, some of the pluses would be that a fully loaded E would be more technologically advanced (including more fuel efficient).
Any comments, feedback or advice from those who have done or considered doing similar would be greatly appreciated.

While I've never had to make such a decision, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised how well the '12 E550 stacks up. Just make sure to add more rubber. The stock wheel/tire combo is a real injustice to the car, performance-wise.

Tough choice, the CLK63 is a rare bird! Then again it might be time for a change. If you're tired of it by now, go for the 550. But it must be hard to give up that AMG power once you have it, not that the 550 isn't powerful. Keep us posted.
