Replacing Rotors - Leased Car
Can I replace the rotors with after market ones, and turn them in with the lease? Or do i have to use OEM?

They have two specifications for the E550: 344x32mm (part 128.35120) and 360x36mm (part 128.35118). I didn't realize there were different sizes when I ordered; I just looked at the item listed for the coupe and ended up ordering part # 128.35120. The 360mm was spec'd for the convertible. Guess I'll find out if that's the wrong one when I pull the factory rotor off.
Anyway, a search by part number showed the rotors to be StopTech-branded, and Autoplicity.com had the rotors in stock and at the best price.
****EDIT****
Just looked again and they were shipped from the manufacturer. Not that it really matters.
Also posted in the other brake discussion here: https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-c...ml#post5694661. RacingBrake's site listed them as 340x32mm.
This is getting annoying

I'll still be nervous until I pull one and compare.

Anyway I purchased Cryogenic Rotors through them for my old 2005 CLK500 and put Akebono brake pads on all 4's. Car stopped much better than originals and significantly less dust. Will very likely buy these for my current ride when the time comes for new rotors and pads.
