The little thing in the middle for controling air flow is broken. The mercedes dealer quote 250usd for the whole piece. omg.
Question is: What do you call this part in english? what is the part code? where can i buy it?
btw, my car is e350 coupe 2010

It is called an air vent, They are not difficult to remove, so you may find that it is not completely broken, it could be as simple as a plastic lug has dropped out!!!!! I would personally pull it out and have a good look at the mechanism!!!!!!!

It was worth trying !!! Outside of not wanting to pay Mercedes prices, you could find a scrapped car and remove it, problem will be colour match!!!! But it maybe you can cannibalize to make it work!!!!!
Or you could see if you can do a repair using something else given that you have stripped it down ???? Outside of this I cannot offer any alternatives !!!!
