just the tips integrated in to the bumper with a connecting pipe for the exhaust exit to the tips in the bumper.
I'd imagine you can fit existing aftermarket exhaust set ups just without the tips, instead you'd need to have a custom piece of pipework fabricated to connect the new exhaust to the existing tips which any exhaust shop will be able to do.
