At low speeds, less than 15mph, I hear clunking noise, sounds like a bad balljoint?

OP have y able to fix your issue ?
Believe me or not after 3k miles driver side starts to develop the same noise
So ... my suspension saga continues , i am very picky about my $60k ride's quality
Asked dealer again to check , dealer said let replace strut mounts
Ok , why not right ? so today i picked up my ride again with a new strut mounts now
Same issue , loosing driver side in upper strut area and this is after 3k miles only
Now my theory is like this : MB produced thousand of these faulty struts and they just replace one sh** on the same sh** ...
dissapointed ... start to look for some aftermarket solution ... maybe KW V1 coilovers ?

Ooh, I have the same issue. Independent shop told me they think I need my front struts replaced. Sounds like they might be right. I’ve got 80,000 miles. Any chance at ALL that the dealer would replace on Mercedes’ dime?

Angry Same issue

My 2014 E350 Cabriolet had the exact same noise. Took it in 2 weeks ago and STEALERship tech rode with me and said it was a bad strut in the left side. They replaced left front strut...however, I have NA appointment to drop it back off tomorrow, because I’m hearing the “clunking” again. Glad this post is here. Thought it was just me,
