2013 E350 Mars Red Paint Problem

I am having same issues with my 2014 C300 Sport mars red. This past winter the trunk lid, roof and sides turned white. I am being told it will not be covered. I purchased car in 2015, it is a certified car and the warranty does not run out till 2019. The nosepiece on the car looks like an ice pick has poked it all over. Sales manager told me it was due to road conditions. Dealership has asked me to be patient they are working on it. Don't really know what to do next.

2013 GLK 350 with Crap Mars Red paint
This is an old thread but my 13 GLK350 paint lasted too long.
I bought a 13 GLK350 CPO after that TSB came out. They knew the paint was likely to fail, they bet that it would fail out of warranty and they wouldn't have to fix it.
It was about a year out of warranty and the car looks like crap. MB response is we will give you 2k towards a new car or if I spend the 10k to get the car painted they will chip in 2k.
They sold me a car that they knew the paint was defective. They built the car and painted it after they knew it was a problem. I will never trust MB again.
Lucky small claims court is up to a 10k limit. The repair bill is around 10k and I will at least make them come defend their dishonesty.
Really stupid business decision, I would have settled for 5k and sold the car.
I will never buy another one of their cars.
They took a very loyal customer and turned me into an enemy.
I will be an anti MB voice for the rest of my life.
I think I can damage them by telling the truth more than the 5k they damaged me.
All that and they might lose the 5k anyway.

Typically mechanical stuff is the first thing that comes to mind when i'm looking at a used car but having to worry about future paint defects is a complete pain in the ***. Hopefully they pay what they owe plus your pain and suffering as well. Also not sure if this is your style but full car wraps are around 2-4k and they are doing some really nice stuff with these newer wraps as far as texture and quality wise. I went to a customization shop not too long ago and was impressed with how good they make these cars look and feel.

2013 GLK 350 with Crap Mars Red paint

They can work with paint if it is not serious damage. Also they can sand it down if necessary. Usually it has to be more serious issues like pitting or physical damage and the damage will show through the wrap. Not sure how bad yours looks is but if your interested take it to a wrap shop. They may even have this red in a wrap.

Let to the story line here, yet my 14 GLK 350 has the little bubble and white spots showing the clear coating separating from the paint.
I went to see dealer where i bought it new, they said I am out of warranty, i told them not acceptable, and have appointment to take it back in for them to have someone else look at it. Anyone have success in get them them to repaint their car? Which is what I understand would need to be done.
Yes every panel on my car has “acme bubbles on it”
