Which E-Class Coupe between these two?

Current W211 owner - getting rid of Lexus SUV and interested in an E-Coupe. Relocating from northeast to southwest sometime this year, and was >< that close to a brand new Lexus RC F Sport until realizing it would still need to be driven for a while in the northeast before relocating, and wouldn't be possible on the 19" summer tires it comes with. E-Coupe not a bad second place tho. Ventilated seats are a must due to relocation to much warmer climate so only looking at models with P2.

I am well versed in the differences between the 2010/2011 and 2012 models (which is about the price point I'm looking at) - hoping some helpful replies will help in my decision making process.

1. 2010 E350, P2 + Appearance package - 29k miles - CarMax MaxCare warranty (would extend out to 5 year 125k mi or so) - around $32k including warranty.

2. 2012 E350 designo black/tan - P2 + Appearance + ParkTronic - 46k miles - MB factory warranty until 50k, 1 year CPO warranty, will add 2 year extra CPO warranty - current special includes 2 payment forgiveness (~$1200) and 2 years of complimentary service - around $35k including warranty

Pay the extra for #2 for the non-hockey stick fog lights (i dont care either way about those), extra HP, better MPG, better navigation, more miles, shorter warranty (3 years + 4k mi) or the cheaper one with 17k less miles and longer warranty? Projecting to keep the car for about 4 years, but we know how those things go (I planned to only keep my W211 until all warranties ran out but here I am flying without a parachute with it in 2015 with 101k on it )

Newer, factory CPO, mileage matters less on modern cars, factor in $1200 in payments and you're already almost at same price, service will cover remaining difference.

So in the end you're going to pay the same, so get the newer model.

Besides, lots of CarMax cars were past rentals. this one doesn't appear to be, but I'd steer clear of them anyway.
