While in for a Fan(blower) motor replacement, actually second time on this..First time they said it was a Software prob.?

Well I asked the service fellow about an exp I had with my door glass
Which was= it had lost its auto up...when I held the up button, it would
close then recede back down about 2 inches...very strange...

The next day all was good again.. but he said happens all the time just hold the up button, up to top for 15 seconds then run it up and down..
Am I getting this right or has anyone heard of this procedure before??

2013 E350 Coupe...

I've had it happen a couple times on me, and yeah you have to go through a reset procedure for it.

Same here, called the dealer for the reset procedure. It worked! Sounds like the system gets out of whack every now and then.

Haven't had this issue yet but I'm noticing lines already on my driver side glass. Could something be out of whack after a year?
