They are near Dulles Airport. But I believe you can do the ECU tune yourself with an OBD2 flash loader (My Genius or Android device). Bench tune is required for the M278 twin-turbo V-8.
IAP can provide a lot of guidance on performance mods.
The resonator delete can be done easily by any local exhaust shop. Go with someone reputable and get the better (stainless steel) straight pipes. My local shop even welded a brace between the pipes to maintain stiffness and longevity.
Good luck and please post pics when you get your new wheels on!

Vertini RF1.1
19x8.5 23.6 pounds (47.6-24)
19x9.5 22.3 pounds (48.3-26)
My 285/30-19 rear tires would also likely rub should I lower with the H&R Springs, even with our difference in overall diameter (your 275/30-20 tires are about 26.5" diameter and my 285/30-19 tires are about 25.7" diameter).
I wish there was an easy (and affordable) adjustable lowering option or more options for milder drops. For my tastes, I'm looking for about 3/4"-1" drop for the front and 1/2"-3/4" drop for the rear. Will keep researching.
Also, did you get a dyno after your ECU tune?
I am looking to buy these 19" wheels below in the coming months and replacing my 17" winter rims with the stock 18" AMG ones.

Also, the KW DDC would allow for an adjustable drop but I'm waiting for the Plug and Play compatibility for the Dynamic Sport Suspension of the E550 Coupe. The other KW options would leave the suspension in Sport mode all the time.
