Unhappy HELP PLEASE - Heater Problem

Hello

Im a new member and I'm hoping someone can help me with an issue with my heaters.

I put the heaters on and they work but I can hear the motor fairly louder than normal and eventually within few seconds it stops and theres no air at all.

When i stop the car and after maybe half an hour or so it works like before and then stops.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thank you

It sounds like the blower. When it runs and gets hot the spindle expands and binds, when it cools it can rotate again.
Needs replacing, you may be able to take it out and get it rebuilt but you will need races or bearings, commutator brushes, grease.

Thank you very much for your help.

If i buy a replacement does the while blower unit come with the resistor or can i buy the blower unit separate and keep my resistor?

Also do you know where the blower unit is located. I'm in U.K and i have a 2012 e class coupe (c207).

Any links to videos or images to do this myself would be very helpful or is it a big job?

Thanks once again and merry xmas
