Hi they are clip on replacement switches, not the style that cover the original, I was hoping the original switches just prise off but wanted confirmation before I attempted as I'd rather not take the risk.
did you try to get in touch with the seller and ask for instructions on how to install? from one of the photos from the link looks like the oem simply prise off. i would get a flat head screw driver and wrap it with cloth and try.

Hi Tony,
Did you find out how to remove the s electric seat switch? Have got a replacement switch but can't see how to get old switch out.
Thanks,
Paul
Good Afternoon everyone, I found this thread during my search and can confirm you can carefully (use two of those yellow pry things at once like pulley puller)pry off the (3) individual seat buttons and replace with the silver ones on ebay.
NOTE: the silver plastic replacements come in two different designs, one that is all hollowed out and just covers the existing button, & one that you must remove the existing button and these have the same internal notches & cavities as the OEM ones. Obviously the cover ones are the easiest. I ordered this style but was shipped the one that you must remove the existing button. Sooo that's how I came across this thread.
If anyone wanted to know!
the two different designs shown below.
