E250 Coupe: can someone help me?
Hello, I'm looking for what this is.
Everytime I start my car this picture comes up. The flash of my camera ruined the picture a bit, but I hope someone can tell me what it is.

Actually it's in drive. If I go slow enough the P will show up notifying me that I am lookin for a park spot. If I pass an open spot to my right or left it will tell me when it's big enough.
However I'm trying to find out what the car picture means above that.

Can't see half of it due to the flash.
I get a similar display on my 2013 model which is there for a short time and then goes out when I start up and drive off. It is telling me there is someone in the back and whether they have their seat belt on.
Hitting OK makes it disappear, or it goes after 30 seconds or so of driving off.
More information and a better picture (turn off your flash) would help.
