Anyone else with these problems?
I bought a 2014 MB Cabriolet & several problems! Re Air Cap- Every time it goes up or down it emits a "screaming" noise. There is no fix - a design flaw. The seat belt retractor twists on return. Again a design flaw Reason is it was designed to fit on the pillar of the sedan & coupe - not a convertible.
Driver's side window closes & then drops about 8 - 10" Back to the dealer 5 times so far.
Computer malfunctions, GPS & cameras. Battery died on vacation. Also had problems with top not closing properly
Bought this car back in 2015 & has about 30,000 kms, on it.
Requested a 1 year extension on warranty, or at least letter confirming they would warranty the window problem - NOTHING! Really great Customer Service NOT!
Did not expect this from a car with MRP of $84,000.

Ours is a 2016, I believe the same design ? we have no such issues with air cap... although we don't use it much...
Seat belt retractor... no issues there either, it extends to hand you the belt and eventually goes back...
window is certainly an issue, the windows in ours drop an inch or so then cinch back up...
no issues with the top... but this is Florida , is your cold temps effecting it ?

2014 cab. I have had some window problems. However, I have only had to do the reset for them to cure it. Only done that twice. Air cap works well, but I only use it when on the freeway. Seat belt not an issue. Top works well. So far so good. 33K miles.
