On my 2014 E550 Coupe I have the Nappa leather interior. I was conditioning the leather the other day and on the cushion were the leather and fabric come together, I saw seat filling coming from somewhere. A closer look and the plastic that comes into contact with the fabric was cut and the hole is leaking filler. Upon more examination it looks like the plastic piece is fairly sharp and every time I sit in the seat it rubs on that area of the fabric and has worn a horizontal hole in it. It resembles a button hole I suspect I'm covered under warranty, but if they end up replacing the seat, I'm afraid it won't match. Wanted to check and see if other are having a similar issue. I'l try and get a photo posted as well. You may not even know this is going on.

2016 e550 took it so they can take a look at it, the guy sat in my seat gets up there is a giant oil spot then I leave the car for a service come back park it was going to take it out next week saw someone scratched the mirror and side of car and polished it so it wasn't visible long story short mb claim it's from wear and tear on a car that i put 1600km on, and had passenger maybe twice, good luck with yours, i attached the picture shame how bad the quality is i had a 10 years old Porsche had some mechanical issue but not a single crack in the leather, or the car making squeezing noise
I have the nappa leather. It's holding up well. No issues. I brought the car in today they took a look and ordered a new cover, no questions and told me warranty would cover it.
