Ceramic break pads or red stuff or alternative

Looking to change my front brake pads. Have seen the ATE ceramic pads so looked at a few reviews some good and some bad.

Any recommendations on pads to buy?

EBC Red Stuff came up in a few searches but some people saying that the initial bite is not as good when cold.

I need better stopping power and less brake dust..

The EBC red is very hard pad and generally not for street use, and the are tough on rotors. I have used ceramic pads on my cars in the past. I have no issues with it. They are all pretty much the same regardless of brands.

I'm curious, how many miles on the car to warrant the new pads?
