Question What is "Trunk Lid Restriction" (2018 E400C)
Neither Google nor the owners manual can tell me what this option is supposed to do:



Anyone have any idea? Thanks in advance.

Hey thanks. Does that mean it physically won't swing upward in the complete radius, or there's some kind of warning it's going to hit something?

Reading that I would say it restricts the opening of the boot lid.

2014 E350 also restored: 1969 Camaro convertible SS 1957 Chevy Belair 2dr hardtop
if your manual does not have what it is for then they gave you the wrong manual for your car. They gave me the wrong manual and I contacted MBUSA and they told me what manual I should have. Went back to the dealer and they had to order the correct Manual.
