When reversing the passenger side mirror should tilt down, is this a standard feature or was it an extra when the vehicle was ordered?

 

 

Thank you for your response but you have not answered the question, I want to know if this facility is a standard feature or was it ordered as an extra.
The reason for asking is I have a 2013 E250 CDI and following the digital instruction the mirror remains in the lowered position when the reverse gear is deselected.

 

The tilting mirror comes with the memory seat package.

 

The mirror will return to normal position when the vehicle begins forward motion. At least that’s how it works in my 2012.
