I only had to get them replaced once, and things have been fine every since. Are they replacing the rotors and pads with the same parts? I don't recall exactly, but service told me they had to change the pads being used as they were warping the rotors.

they replaced both pads and rotors, different ones each time. its ridiculous spending so much money to purchase a new car yet ur in shop this much. they also cant figure out why sometimes the back windows wont go down, then auto fixes itself. worst never again benz.

Same here. Mercedes rotors must be complete junk. I'm on my 3rd set in 18 months of ownership and these are now also warped. The dealership is refusing to replace under the warranty even though I paid for the last replacement. Who knows how many rotors were put on the car prior to my ownership! Looking for advice for aftermarket rotors.

Thread I posted a couple years ago now, RB 2 piece rotors and centric ceramic pads have been on since with zero issues. I drive between 15 - 20k miles per year.

Your wheel bolts might be getting over torqued. That hurts rotors and hubs pretty consistently.

i only have an E400 coupe which i guess is a little lighter than your E550. At service yesterday, after 29,000 kms i have 7mm on the rear and 8mm on the front left. I think they are 10mm when new but i could certainly be wrong about that. Seems nuts to have that expense on that mileage unless you are driving the car very fast. Remember, traction control and cruise control (down hill) use the brakes.
