Need to remove seat to check for rail obstruction or adjustment assembly (inclusive of motor) fault. You can view lower seat mechanism here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2012-2015-M...-/202244333401 kit is available for adjustment assembly repair see horizontal adjustment part #s in capture.

I don't have a part number, but I just went through this and found that any number of things can cause this to happen and many of them don't require a repair kit. Make sure it doesn't just have a dime wedged in the rail (like I did - the money is no longer legal tender, I'm pretty sure) and that the wire that connects the motor to the rail hasn't just come out. It's surprisingly easy for that to happen.

Yup,
It happened to me also. Mine was an electrical plug that came loose near the door hinges on the passenger door. A one minute repair. Likely caused by me...I over-clean the door jams.
Best,
Mark
