C207 Seat belt extender issue

Hello guys,
I have the 2015 E220 Bluetec coupe diesel.
Today i noticed that i have an issue with the passenger's side seat belt. When someone seats on the passenger side and close the door the extender works fine but it retracts too early like nobody seats. So i press the button for the seat belts to extend and it didn't work for the passenger's side but only for the driver's seat belt. Any ideas what might be the problem? A first thought that came into my mind is that it might not recognize that someone seats.

The button extends both sides if someone seats as well on the passenger's side.
I pretty sure it is the occupancy sensor on the passengers sides that makes the problem. Sometimes it recognizes that a person sits and sometimes not.

I have the same problem, is there a way of checking if the sensor is faulty?
Also if it was not working sometimes wouldn’t I get an airbag warning light?

Could be a coding problem have someone check it using MB diagnostics, see attachment.

Hello, i have the exact same issue for my passenger side only. I read the PDF and it says

Remedy:
With add-on 2816 for DVD 0313 or add-on 2817 for DVD 0513 change the coding of the seat belt extenders in Xentry
via menu "Adaptations --> Configuration --> Manual settings".

Please see attached pdf for details on how to determine whether to set the coding to active or inactive.
Do you have the attached PDF for details?

I replaced the motor on mine and didn’t fix it. I will take to a place today to clear the codes hopefully.
