Replacing Spark Plugs

Hi guys,

How many kilometer do we need to replace the spark plugs?

My car is a 2014 4-matic and I have only 40,000 km on the vehicle.

Is it an easy DIY? I watched the youtube video and it seemed pretty easy.

Looks like no need to change the spark plugs for a 4 years vehicle.

However, I am still interested any members have done the spark plugs replacement before?

The spark plugs should be replace every 60,000 miles or 6 years. https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-c...ark-plugs.html

I was chatting to the service guy at the dealer last week about this and he said it is easy to change them on the 4 cylinder but tricky and time consuming on the V6

Yes. the spark plugs of L4 are upright, the V6 is 60 degrees angel, I replaced M278(V8)'s spark plugs that's 90 degrees angel, is more difficult than V6.
