2011 e350 convertible top problem
Yesterday I put my top down and went out. When I went to close it at the restaurant it would not close.
The windows went up and the rear lid lifted back but cover did not go up and over. I tried many times.
Nothing in the trunk to cause partion trouble. Had to leave open all night. And advice from the forum would be great. 😁

Try manually renormalizing rear windows using window switches, pull the button until the window has closed and hold the button for an additional several seconds in an attempt to reset. This "may" clear top to close properly.

I have read that maybe disconnecting the battery for awhile will reset computer or a software upgrade might help ....i have done the battery disconnect and nothing.
Trying to see if any other thing I can do before having to go to dealer.
