2010 E350 - big things to look for before buying

2010 E350 - big things to look for before buying
Howdy!
Currently looking into a 2010 E350 coupe with 133k KM. (83k miles). What should I be looking for in terms of possible hidden issues? What maintenance items are about to come up?
I know that the pre-facelift models suffer from electronic issues (usually corroded connectors, no big deal). As well as the M272 simply isn't the indestructible brute that the M112 was. AND i know these 7 speed transmissions are good, but have a bit of an achilles heel with the conductor plate ($300 for the part alone

Do these models tend to rust quick as well? The E-class has always been fantastic but Mercedes wasn't very responsible for the galvanizing baths for the panels back in the day.
Is there anything specific i should look for? Thanks in advance!
