I purchased my wife a low mileage 11 E550 cabrio, it has everything she wanted except blindspot mirrors. has anyone put blindspot mirrors on a car without them? i have checked the connectors and they are the same, but don't want to drop big $$ and they not work. any help is appreciated.

Seems doable, and a bit of a project. The parts prices seem reasonable, but the one that gives pause is the mirror glass.
