driver side rear window doesn't move back

driver side rear window doesn't move back
Hi all,
My driver side rear window doesn't move back after opening / closing door. I've tried window reset and does not work. I have to manually close the rear window whenever I get into the car,, while exiting the car gap won't close on its own.
Anybody know what might be going on?

Had the same problem last week, re-set was not working, so took it to the dealer
They confirmed that the re-set wasn’t working, so they wiped the memory of all four windows, then re-set them from scratch – it’s fine now
Took them half an hour ……
