W207 2010 E350 Cabriolet seat belt presenter button
Good day
I am new to the forum and need some help please
When I enter the vehicle, close the door and switch the ignition on the seat belt presenters move forward and move back if the seat belt is inserted into the buckle or after 60 seconds if the belt is not inserted into the buckle
This is correct according to the manual
However, the manual states that the seat belt presenters can also be activated by pressing the seat belt presenter button on the console and this is where my problem is
I have tried every combination of things ie door open/closed, key in/out, key switched on/off
The button simply does not activate the presenters
Does the button only work under certain conditions?
Any idea where I can start looking to try to solve the problem

Mine works when the key is in position 1 and the button is pressed. It is possible your switch is faulty. BTW the presenter will only work for the passenger side when someone is seated.
