E class coupe drivers seat

Hi my e class coupe 2103 model drivers seat tilts forward but will not move forward on the rails anyone know how simple (or not) this would be to fix

Have you checked fuses ? There are 3 boxes....

Trunk, lift the lid where the spare tire is and it's under the carpet flap on the passenger side... manual say's there is chart here... Wife is out an about so I can't check to see just exactly where it is

Hood, driver side, rear
Interior, driver side, side of the dash pulls out

sorry should have said it moves on the rails fine when sitting in the drivers seat its only when trying to let passengers into the rear that is the problem , at that point it tilts forward but doesn't slide
