2010 E350 A207 Convertible Roof
Hi
have an issue with the soft top.
opened it today no issues - rear and front wind deflectors up and all 4 windows.
got home pushed the close switch and nothing at all no pump or windows opening etc .
When try and re open you hear pump run for few seconds max. Still nothing closing.
tried raising and lower wind deflectors and windows but still won’t close.
closed and locked it manually (not an easy task!)
opened it again with no issues but same again won’t close.
Closed and locked manually again - tried the close switch and can hear pump run for a second or two.
haven’t tried opening since as started to rain.
any thoughts on where microswitches are located or which ones could stop it from closing only!
I have checked the boot shelf switch originally (but obviously working as opens)

We pushed it in and out a few times and it started to click again and the roof worked.
