I've searched and haven't found anything on ethanol free gas yet. If I missed it link it to me and I'll scurry off into my corner.
However...has anyone tried it yet? I have a 2012 E350 and was going to give it a shot. It's 90 octane but the cost is the same as 93 with 10%. I ran a tank of it in my 1998 B3000 truck and it seems to run fine so far and I'm getting decent gas mileage. No warning or error lights.
Not expecting huge power gains or anything like that, just curious I suppose.
Thanks,
Matt

I also have a 2005 SLK350 that I put about 1000-1500 miles on per year. The car sits quite often and is garaged all winter. As such, I do not want corrosive ethanol rotting away the seals and other rubber bits.
I only run ethanol free 91 octane in it. Never had an issue. It is widely available in Vermont.
