2011 E550 command head unit

2011 E550 command head unit
I posted this elect forum but thought owners of similar cars might know.
I have a 2011 E550 with an A 212 900 86 09 head unit which contains
a 6 disk changer. All functions work including cd/dvd load and unload.
The problem is it will not read a cd or dvd.
I have seen one youtube video on disassembly and read head replacement
on an older model head unit but this unit made by Mitsubishi is different.
Can anyone direct me to a video or instruction to disassemble enough to
at least inspect and clean the read head? I have unit out of carI posted this on the electrical forum but thought some W207 owners might have same.
