2013 E350 Convertible top won’t go down
I shoved my golf clubs in my trunk one day kinda got caught in the partition lining now the top won’t go down and it shows no error message please help mechanic said might be the pump

The first thing I would check is to make sure the switch that's triggered by the partition wall is still getting triggered. Something might have got bent by the golf clubs. I can hear my switch trigger when I pull down the partition wall, it sounds like a micro switch in a gaming joystick.
