Seat handler and backrest issue

Seat handler and backrest issue
Hi all,
Like always first post and first problems. Sorry
1. I broke a seat handler. Of course that chrome one and right now can somebody explain me why that one without headrest button costs like 60 pounds and with it costs over 180 pounds ? I cant find anything cheaper, maybe you know where to buy it a little bit cheaper ?
2. On passenger side, when i pull a a seat to enter the back seats is sliding to the back. It's not blocked. Do you have idea why ? It's really annoying when you want to put something in the back.
