Anyone with a Facelift W207 E400 know where or what this Connects to? Somewhere behind and below the right headlight harness?. It appears to be a connector for a relay.

I went to mboemparts.com and searched for your VIN, and then the part # you provided. Curiously, the site said "This part does not fit your 2015 Mercedes-Benz E 400". The Vehicle Fitment section of the webpage indicates that this part is for 2012-2019 ML and GLE models. It does describe the part as "Relay Cover".
EPC also shows 0015453903 relay cover is not applicable to your vehicle i.e.: one of the 212 applications shows associated relay = E63 (156 engine) oil cooler blower .
Thank you all for having a look. Yes, I see that MBOEM is saying it's not compatible. Strange, because it was the one that came on the car. I'm going to plug a relay number 002 542 26 19 onto that connector. I suspect it's for the rear window defroster. I see it listed as a multi purpose relay. This is a car i bought at an auction and i am doing some repairs btw. It's almost ready. This is how it looks today. So far I'm Just replacing the front parts that were damaged before I paint and do some customizations.
