Hi everyone, newbie here, just managed to crack the headlamp lens on my 2013 a207 cabrio H7/LED model... does anyone know if i can buy a replacement lens for the unit or do i have to replace the whole thing? Everything still works, its just got a nice hole in it 🙈🙈🙈

MB does not offer lens separately post VIN I will pull part # to shop for lamp unit.

thanks so much for fast reply, i have found replacement unit for €600 (some over €1000!) but seems crazy to waste all the rest of unit due to cracked lens,
part number was HELLA 1EX 011 091-721

I had to deal with a 2" hole in the headlight from a rock recently. I have not had the time to pull the bumper off to replace the lamp. If this helps at all, I used a 12"x12" piece of clear vinyl wrap from ebay (like a vinyl protective bra for the front of the car) and wrapped that around the housing to cover/seal the hole. Worked well and can hardly tell the hole is there. Again, only temporary but it kept moisture out until I can get to it. Turned out well.

thanks for that, ive used heavy duty clear tape for now, MOT is up the end of the month so im basically stuffed.... managed to find a unit for £580 from europe for a rhd model, time will tell ifbit works out ok.... cant believe MB can get away with not supplying a lens, knowing the environmental impact of having to replace the whole thing 🤷🏻‍♂️ I feel a bit cheated....
