Driver's side lock actuator failure

Hi All

I think my driver's side (right hand door) lock actuator has failed. The key fob only locks/opens the passenger door and the fuel filler flap. The interior lock switch also only locks/unlocks the passenger door. The actual key, when inserted into the door handle, is able to move the driver's lock up and down though so at least I can lock the car. The IR sensors on both doors work and enable/disable the car's security but only open/close the passenger door lock.

I used a code scanner and pulled a code off the RH door module. It was 98B101 with text of "The output for the central locking motor has a malfunction. There is a general electrical fault."

I'm fairly certain it's therefore the driver's door locking actuator motor.

Anyone else have any ideas - maybe it's something simpler? I've checked all the fuses they're all fine.

My VIN is WDD2073722F003179 - can someone tell me what the replacement part is for the RH actuator? Is replacing it a massive pain?

Cheers!

Ben
