2007 clk 550(OE Tuned) 2013 E550 Coupe(Weistec Tuned)

Brake Pads part # for 2012 e550 coupe dual piston calibers

Hey everyone got a 2012 e550 couoe with appearances and amg package. Was trying to change my brakes order the parts from the dealer 007-420-58-20. Took the caliber off and behold these pads are for single piston caliber, mine appears to be a dual piston caliber. The part number on the brakes are faded. Can anyone help?
