Debadging the 3 pointed star
I took the badges off of my 2012 E350 Cab but left the star on the trunk. Has anyone removed the star? I started to run the floss behind the star but it felt as if there was a pin in the center that might leave a hole in the trunk lid if that star is removed. Thoughts?

My understanding is that it’s bolted on.
