2017 mercedes GLE 43 coupe
22 E 53 Coupe has been built
My January order request for a '21 (now '22 due to build delays) E 53 Coupe had gotten an order submission in April for a July build.That was Yellow-lighted into hold limbo.
Just heard from the dealer.
The car was just built,& now awaits overseas shipment to Baltimore (Germany>England>Baltimore).
Whenever it arrives,I'll need to sign a disclaimer before receiving it since it will be missing the semi-conductor chip needed to connect to Mercedes. Also,the Mercedes phone app to ex.lock/unlock the doors or to send driving directions from the phone to the car won't work.
It maybe will be early next year before the dealer will get the chip for installation.
