trunk won't open with remonte, and door switch
Hi have a problem with opening the trunk with the remote control and the button on the door, it can be opened manually with the metal key. The door closes and opens very well , I have two keys, but neither of them opens the trunkMercedes e class 220 coupe 2015

Hi
thanks for answer yes I'm polishing this car only I have a car from 2015 a little different buttons as in the picture.I tried but I have no idea how to do it. but it definitely happened after polishing the car because before I opened the trunk, then I couldn't

maybe someone knows if there is an electric or pneumatic opening?
there are also light in the trunk not working
