I have. 2022 E 450 coupe with soft close doors. Car has 3,500 miles and has had major electrical issues that were resolved (told it was a lose wire from the factory). Today the soft close truck failed. I can’t even close it all the way manually. Once again back to the dealer and without a car. Thinking way to many issues for a bran new car.
